We call them ‘Reactive’ services – basically plumbing emergencies that need resolving fast. Leaking taps and pipes, leaking or blocked waste pipework, leaking/faulty cylinders, faulty sanitary ware, faulty showers, leaking baths, defective tiling, gutter and rainwater leaks and blockages, gas fire faults including carbon monoxide leaks, faulty cooker/hobs, ventilation problems, faulty central heating boilers – all problems you really don’t want to happen but an inevitable part of owning a property is that things can and do go wrong.

When it does happen you need someone that you can trust to get things sorted quickly and effectively. We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service so you’ll never be stranded. We know the damage a leak can cause and how difficult it is to live without hot water and heating, particularly if you have children or elderly people in your home, and we will do whatever it takes to resolve the problem for you. Of course our Customer Care Pledges still apply, even on emergency jobs, so you never experience anything less than our best standard of care.

Of course it’s not just the ‘urgent’ problems that need sorting. Small leaks and non-efficient appliances can seem like an irritation but the consequences of not dealing with them can be substantial. Property damage, increased running costs, smells, reduction of property value and of course danger to health are all very real possibilities when small problems escalate into large ones. Minimise the damage by getting professionals in as soon as you can. We can deal with these issues very quickly and inexpensively so why wait until they become costly, and not just in financial terms?
